Anti-submission

I refuse to submit this
To submit is to grovel
Submission is degrading
Submission is pleading for a boon
Begging for a bone

Asking not to be kicked, flinching
Hoping for acceptance, doubting
Fearing rejection, resigned
Feigning servility while
Bowing to the Masters

Screw that.  Return this with regret
And a much deserved apology.
