Instructions for look up

• You may now look up you internet address yourself
• Select the Alias Table look Up below
• You will be brought to the look up screen
• Type in your last name in the information box provided
• Click Send information
• End result will display any and all aliases with the name you entered
• Find your name, you may cross reference it by your postoffice
• You now have your internet address ready to use
